HOW IT WORKS

Remodeling a bathroom can range from a simple refresh to a full renovation. Here is your guide to a typical bathroom remodel:

1/ PLANNING AND PREPARATION

Phone Consultation: discussion of your vision, budget and scope of work
On Site Visit: gathering of information and measurements
Visit Us: come see our show room for material selections
Estimate Sent For Approval and Project Scheduled
Once the estimate is sent, we will do a follow up with you for any questions you may have

2/ PROJECT COMMENCEMENT

Floor Protection: leading from entry way to work area
Walk Through: project manager does project walk through with site crews
Demo and Debris Disposal: from simple fixture removal and replacement to full bathroom demo

3/ PLUMBING ELECTRICAL AND HVAC WORK

Plumbing: move or replace pipes and or drains. Install new shower valve and prepare for new fixtures
Electrical: new plugs and switches, GFI outlet and lighting
HVAC: ventilation fan - install or upgrade

4/ DRYWALL AND WATERPROOFING

Drywall: board, tape and sand moisture resistance drywall, ready for prime
Waterproofing: water proof membranes in shower areas and tub walls

5/ FLOOR AND TILE

Flooring: choice of tile, luxury vinyl plank or luxury vinyl tile
Shower/Tub: installation of floor and or wall tile. Choice of shelving niche size

6/ PAINTING

Nail hole filling, sanding and caulking of trim work
Prime and paint walls and ceiling

7/ FIXTURES

Vanity Installation
Installation of plumbing finishes - toilet, faucet and shower control
Shower/tub glass or doors

8/ FINISHING TOUCHES

Installation of bath accessories: install mirror, towel bars, shelving and light fixtures
Clean Up: Ensure a clean site upon leaving.
