HOW IT WORKS
While each basement remodel can be a bit different, here's a general overview of the process:
1/ PHONE CONSULTATION:
Discuss with office staff your vision, budget and scope of work
An onsite visit will be scheduled
2/ ESTIMATE:
After an onsite visit has been conducted, a preliminary estimate will be sent for client review.
A follow up phone call will be made to walk through any questions that you may have
3/ YOUR APPROVAL:
Once the estimate has been approved, a contract is sent for review
An appointment will be made to meet with office staff for signatures of the contract and any more questions
At this point, selection process can start by looking through our show room
4/ PROJECT COMMENCEMENT:
You are now into the project scheduling
A link for a scheduling software will be sent providing project scheduling, communication etc.
5/ PROJECT COMPLETION:
Walk through with the project manager will be done upon project completion to ensure client satisfaction
Site clean will be arranged
